I have rated this church a 3 because it has a few wonderful members and it is a come as you are casual wear . That being said I find the sermons to be all over the place and more last minute put togeather. The minister made jokes of other peoples relgions, cultures and drugs . I also was in a sermon when the pastor was telling a story that happened to him at surf camp. The story goes a gentlemen approached the preacher and ask what he knew of god then preacher replied get behind me satan and turned his back to the man and left the church. I overheard two elderly ladies behind me talking , One lady said oh honey, i'm sure he didn't know it was your mentaly dis-abled husband who was there to pick up your daughter from camp.I next visted the church after he returned from a trip to Africa. I being from the area he was in was interested in what he would say, well let's just say he's accounts are not accurate and leave it at that. Plus he was making light of how the africian culture danced and worshiped God. The next sermon i attended he was making fun of other religions. As a man of God we all have our beliefs in what is right or wrong from baptist, catholic, zions, church of god etc it is not our place to make fun of or point out what we find right or wrong in others . It is our goal to teach gods uncondtional love, forgiveness and tools to help the new believers. I think this leader could spend more time in prayer with god and his scriptures and preparing for his sermons. In all I have visited this church roughly 15 times and never once have I felt god, instead I witnessed more inapproiate jokes, topics, bouncing around to and fro and a lot of what some christian would call sunday morning christians. There was also nothing for the youth other then surf camp and sunday morning worship class. After a lot of prayer I have decided this is not the church for me and I will be continue my search in brevard county.

  • Awesome. Pastor Keith has a true love for the Lord and is very involved in the community. There are many ministries for different people, overcoming addiction, youth group, women's ministry, bible scouts, food pantry, special helps, CZ cafe and many more. The elders and deacons are always there to help with any issue and will help in any way. As far as jokes during service, that's all they are. If anyone gets offended, sorry, I'm sure Keith doesn't intend to hurt people having the loving nature that he does. I find Sunday service very enjoyable if there's a good laugh. I've been going there for 5 years now and watch attendance quadruple, I would guess I'm not the only one who enjoys it either. Tuesday night study is in depth and informative of who God really is. The pastor and elders are loving Christians and would never consider posting something negative about someone publicly. The people and pastor are awesome. God Bless Club Zion!
